How Orders Are Processed

The way an order is prepared depends on the type of product purchased.

1. Order Confirmation

After an order is placed, we review the product, selected size or variant, shipping information, and any applicable customization details.

2. Product Preparation

Standard retail products are prepared for fulfillment.

Custom, personalized, printed, or made-to-order products may require additional preparation or production time because they are processed specifically for the customer's order.

3. Quality Check

Before fulfillment, products are reviewed to make sure the correct item and order details are prepared for shipment.

4. Packing & Shipping

Once the order is ready, it is securely packed and transferred to the shipping carrier.

Tracking information will be provided when it becomes available.
